Terms of Service

Last updated: September 28, 2026

Welcome to IELTSatoz.com (“IELTSatoz”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of IELTSatoz.com and the services provided through the platform, including IELTS preparation materials, mock tests, module practice, Master-AI evaluations, estimated band scores, personalised study recommendations, progress tracking, analytics, and related features (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, purchasing a product or credit, or otherwise using IELTSatoz, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. About IELTSatoz

  • IELTS General Training.

Our services may include:

  • full IELTS-style mock tests;

  • Reading practice;

  • Writing practice;

  • Speaking practice;

  • Master-AI Writing evaluation;

  • Master-AI Speaking evaluation;

  • estimated practice band scores;

  • criterion-level feedback;

  • and other educational tools.

IELTSatoz provides educational preparation and practice services only.

IELTSatoz does not conduct official IELTS examinations and does not issue official IELTS scores.

2. Independent IELTS Preparation Platform

IELTSatoz is an independent preparation platform.

IELTSatoz is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or officially connected with British Council, IDP, Cambridge English, IELTS test centres, or any official IELTS test administration organisation.

IELTS is a registered trademark of its respective owners.

References to IELTS, IELTS task types, scoring criteria, test formats, and band scores are used to describe the examination for which our users are preparing.

3. Eligibility

You may use IELTSatoz if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use IELTSatoz only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

You agree to provide accurate information when:

  • creating an account;

  • purchasing products or credits;

  • requesting support;

  • or requesting a refund.

4. User Accounts

Some IELTSatoz services require an account.

You are responsible for:

  • keeping your login credentials secure;

  • keeping your account information accurate;

  • protecting your account from unauthorised access;

  • and activities performed through your account.

You must not:

  • sell or rent your account;

  • share paid access between unrelated users;

  • create an account using a false identity;

  • access another user's account without permission;

  • create multiple accounts to repeatedly claim one-time free offers;

  • or attempt to bypass account restrictions.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact IELTSatoz support as soon as possible.

5. 90-Day Inactive Account Policy

IELTSatoz is designed to avoid keeping inactive learner accounts indefinitely.

An account that remains inactive for 90 consecutive days may be automatically deleted.

For this purpose, inactivity generally means that the user has not logged in to or meaningfully used their IELTSatoz account during the 90-day period.

Where reasonably practical, IELTSatoz may provide notice before automatic deletion.

When an inactive account is deleted, associated learner information may also be deleted or anonymised, including where applicable:

  • profile information;

  • learning history;

  • mock-test results;

  • practice history;

  • Writing responses;

  • Speaking responses;

  • Speaking recordings;

  • transcripts;

  • study preferences;

  • progress data;

  • and personalised recommendations.

Deletion may be permanent and deleted learning history may not be recoverable.

Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required, including information relating to:

  • completed payments;

  • accounting and taxation;

  • refunds;

  • chargebacks;

  • fraud prevention;

  • security investigations;

  • legal claims;

  • regulatory obligations;

  • or enforcement of these Terms.

Historical transaction records are therefore not necessarily deleted when the learner account itself is deleted.

6. Preparation Access

IELTSatoz may offer preparation access for fixed periods such as:

  • 7 days;

  • 14 days;

  • 30 days;

  • or another duration clearly displayed before purchase.

Depending on the product, preparation access may include:

  • module-by-module preparation;

  • Writing evaluations;

  • Speaking evaluations;

  • personalised study recommendations;

  • analytics;

  • progress tracking;

  • band-score predictions;

  • and other learning features.

The exact features included are those shown on the relevant product or checkout page at the time of purchase.

7. Mock Tests

IELTSatoz may sell full mock tests individually or as mock-test packs.

A full mock test may contain:

  • Listening;

  • Reading;

  • Writing;

  • Speaking;

  • scoring;

  • Master-AI evaluation;

  • performance analysis;

  • and other features described at purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page, paid mock tests are separate from preparation-access plans.

8. Individual Module Practice

Users may be able to purchase individual practice attempts or practice packs for:

  • Listening;

  • Reading;

  • Writing;

  • Speaking;

  • or other IELTS-related learning activities.

The applicable price, number of attempts, included evaluation, and other conditions will be displayed before purchase.

9. Credits

IELTSatoz may allow users to purchase account credit that can be used to buy eligible products or services within the platform.

Credit:

  • is intended for use on IELTSatoz;

  • has no independent cash value except where a refund is permitted under these Terms or required by law;

  • may not be transferred between unrelated users unless IELTSatoz expressly permits it;

  • and may be subject to product-specific restrictions disclosed before purchase.

10. No Automatic Monthly Subscription

IELTSatoz currently uses fixed-duration and pay-as-you-go purchasing.

Purchasing preparation access, credits, practice, or mock tests does not automatically create a recurring monthly subscription.

IELTSatoz will not automatically charge you for another access period simply because your current access period expires.

If IELTSatoz introduces an optional recurring product in the future, the recurring nature of that product will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

You would be informed of matters such as:

  • billing frequency;

  • price;

  • renewal conditions;

  • and cancellation procedure

before agreeing to recurring billing.

11. Prices

The applicable price is shown before you complete a purchase.

Prices may vary according to factors such as:

  • product;

  • country;

  • currency;

  • promotional offer;

  • institutional arrangement;

  • tax requirements;

  • or payment method.

IELTSatoz may change prices for future purchases.

A future price change will not retroactively change the price of a transaction you have already completed.

12. Payment Processing

Payments are handled through supported third-party payment processors.

Depending on your location and selected payment method, these may include services such as Stripe, SSLCommerz, or other payment providers.

Payment processors may process information necessary to complete a transaction, including:

  • card number;

  • expiry information;

  • cardholder information;

  • billing details;

  • authentication information;

  • and transaction identifiers.

IELTSatoz does not require you to save your payment card in order to make a purchase.

13. Saving Card Information

Your payment method is retained for future use only when you choose to save it, where that feature is available.

IELTSatoz does not intentionally retain your full card number or card security code on its own application servers.

Card information is generally handled securely by the applicable payment processor.

When you choose to save a payment method, IELTSatoz may retain limited information or a secure payment reference provided by the payment processor, such as:

  • card brand;

  • last four digits;

  • expiry information;

  • and a secure payment-method identifier.

This allows the saved payment method to appear in your IELTSatoz account without IELTSatoz needing to store the full card number itself.

14. Removing a Saved Card

You may remove a saved payment method through the available account settings or supported payment-management interface.

When you remove a saved card:

  • the saved payment method will be removed from your IELTSatoz account;

  • the reusable payment reference associated with that card will be removed or detached where applicable;

  • and the card will no longer be available as a saved payment method for future IELTSatoz purchases.

Removing a saved card does not necessarily erase historical transaction records.

IELTSatoz or its payment processor may still retain information relating to completed transactions where necessary for:

  • financial records;

  • accounting;

  • tax requirements;

  • refunds;

  • chargebacks;

  • fraud prevention;

  • security;

  • dispute resolution;

  • or legal obligations.

For example, historical records may contain the transaction amount, date, payment identifier, or limited card information such as the last four digits.

15. We Do Not Sell Payment Information

IELTSatoz does not sell payment-card information.

Payment information is used only where reasonably necessary to:

  • complete purchases;

  • manage a payment method that you choose to save;

  • process refunds;

  • investigate payment problems;

  • prevent fraud;

  • resolve disputes;

  • and comply with applicable law.

16. Purchase Confirmation

After successful payment, IELTSatoz may provide purchase confirmation through:

  • your IELTSatoz account;

  • the website;

  • email;

  • or the applicable payment provider.

The confirmation may include information such as:

  • product purchased;

  • price;

  • currency;

  • transaction or reference number;

  • date;

  • and applicable access period.

You should retain your transaction or reference number because it may be required for support or refund requests.

17. Refund Policy

IELTSatoz offers a voluntary refund policy for unused purchased credit, subject to the following conditions.

To qualify under this policy:

  1. the refund request must be submitted within 5 hours of the recorded successful purchase time;

  2. the purchased credit must remain unused;

  3. you must provide the relevant transaction or reference number; and

  4. the request must be submitted through an official IELTSatoz support channel.

The five-hour period begins at the recorded time when the payment is successfully completed.

18. How to Request a Refund

An eligible refund request may be submitted through:

Please provide:

  • your name;

  • the email address connected to your IELTSatoz account;

  • the transaction or reference number;

  • the date and approximate time of purchase;

  • and sufficient information for us to identify the transaction.

IELTSatoz may request additional information when reasonably necessary to verify the purchase.

19. CAD $1 Refund Processing Fee

Eligible voluntary refunds are subject to a:

CAD $1.00 processing fee

The CAD $1.00 fee is deducted from the refundable amount.

For example:

If an eligible unused purchase is worth CAD $10.00, the normal voluntary refund would be:

CAD $10.00 − CAD $1.00 fee = CAD $9.00

If the original transaction was made in another currency, the equivalent fee or refund calculation may be determined according to the applicable payment and currency-processing arrangement.

IELTSatoz is not responsible for separate currency-conversion charges or fees imposed independently by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

20. What Counts as Used Credit?

Purchased credit is considered used once it has been applied to or consumed by a paid IELTSatoz service.

This can include, where applicable:

  • purchasing or starting a paid mock test;

  • purchasing or starting paid module practice;

  • submitting a paid Writing response for evaluation;

  • submitting a paid Speaking response for evaluation;

  • activating paid preparation access;

  • purchasing another paid service using the credit;

  • or otherwise consuming the applicable credit.

Once purchased credit has been used, it is generally not eligible for the voluntary unused-credit refund.

21. Refund Requests After Five Hours

Refund requests submitted more than five hours after the successful purchase time are generally not eligible under IELTSatoz's voluntary unused-credit refund policy.

This applies even where the purchased credit remains unused.

However, this voluntary policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that applicable law requires IELTSatoz to provide.

22. Duplicate, Incorrect, or Unauthorised Charges

The five-hour voluntary refund rule does not prevent you from contacting us about a suspected:

  • duplicate charge;

  • incorrect charge;

  • unauthorised payment;

  • payment where the purchased service was not provided;

  • or other genuine billing error.

These matters may be investigated separately from the standard unused-credit refund policy.

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if you identify a payment problem.

23. Refund Method

Where possible, an approved refund will normally be returned through the original payment method.

The time required for an approved refund to appear in your account may depend on:

  • your bank;

  • payment provider;

  • card issuer;

  • currency;

  • and other financial processing systems.

IELTSatoz cannot guarantee the processing time of third-party financial institutions.

24. Mandatory Consumer Rights

The five-hour refund policy described above is IELTSatoz's voluntary refund policy.

It does not remove, restrict, or replace a cancellation, refund, reimbursement, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where applicable consumer law provides a greater right or remedy, the applicable law will prevail.

25. Master-AI

Master-AI is IELTSatoz's automated IELTS preparation and evaluation system.

Depending on the feature, Master-AI may provide:

  • estimated practice bands;

  • Writing evaluation;

  • Speaking evaluation;

  • criterion-level assessments;

  • corrections;

  • feedback;

  • strengths;

  • weaknesses;

  • improvement priorities;

  • and personalised preparation recommendations.

Master-AI is an automated system.

It is not a human examiner and is not an official IELTS scoring system.

26. Practice Estimates Only

Scores, predictions, assessments, or readiness indicators shown on IELTSatoz are provided for educational and preparation purposes.

They may include:

  • overall estimated bands;

  • Listening estimates;

  • Reading estimates;

  • Writing estimates;

  • Speaking estimates;

  • criterion-level estimates;

  • score predictions;

  • progress indicators;

  • and target-band readiness information.

These are practice estimates only.

They are not official IELTS results.

27. No Score Guarantee

IELTSatoz does not guarantee that:

  • an official IELTS examiner will assign the same band;

  • your official test result will match your IELTSatoz practice result;

  • your score will improve by a particular amount;

  • you will achieve your target band;

  • or using IELTSatoz will result in any particular academic, immigration, employment, professional, or licensing outcome.

Official examination performance can vary because of factors such as:

  • test-day performance;

  • stress;

  • concentration;

  • test questions;

  • time management;

  • Speaking interaction;

  • examiner judgement;

  • and other circumstances.

28. Master-AI Methodology

IELTSatoz may publish information explaining how Master-AI is:

  • benchmarked;

  • calibrated;

  • validated;

  • monitored;

  • and reviewed.

Published methodology information may describe:

  • expert-evaluated datasets;

  • professional teacher involvement;

  • separate validation datasets;

  • agreement measurements;

  • quality-control processes;

  • and continuous expert review.

Any methodology statistic should be interpreted according to the definition and validation process published with it.

Such methodology does not mean that Master-AI is an official IELTS examiner or has been endorsed by an official IELTS organisation.

29. Ongoing Expert Quality Review

IELTSatoz may review selected Writing and Speaking evaluations for:

  • quality assurance;

  • evaluation consistency;

  • calibration;

  • validation;

  • identification of scoring differences;

  • feedback improvement;

  • and refinement of the evaluation framework.

Qualified English-language professionals may participate in this review.

Master-AI improvement is therefore a human-guided quality process rather than uncontrolled automatic self-learning.

Information used in quality review is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

30. User Content

You retain ownership of original content you submit to IELTSatoz.

This may include:

  • Writing responses;

  • essays;

  • Speaking responses;

  • audio recordings;

  • transcripts;

  • typed answers;

  • and other learner-generated materials.

You grant IELTSatoz a limited licence to process this content only as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide the Service;

  • evaluate your work;

  • generate feedback;

  • display your results;

  • maintain your learning history;

  • provide analytics;

  • generate study recommendations;

  • conduct permitted quality assurance;

  • prevent abuse;

  • maintain security;

  • and comply with applicable legal obligations.

This licence does not transfer ownership of your original work to IELTSatoz.

31. Speaking Recordings

Speaking practice may require microphone access and audio recording.

If you choose to use a feature that requires voice recording, your audio may be:

  • recorded;

  • transmitted;

  • processed;

  • transcribed;

  • analysed;

  • temporarily stored;

  • evaluated;

  • and, where permitted, reviewed for quality assurance.

Additional information about audio handling and retention is provided in the IELTSatoz Privacy Policy.

32. Privacy

Your privacy is important to IELTSatoz.

Our collection, use, processing, retention, and deletion of personal information are described in the IELTSatoz Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy should be read together with these Terms.

Where these Terms describe account deletion, payment methods, Writing or Speaking responses, recordings, or similar information, the Privacy Policy provides additional information about how the underlying data is handled.

33. Marketing Communications

Creating an IELTSatoz account does not automatically require you to subscribe to optional marketing communications.

Where required by law, marketing consent will be obtained separately.

If you subscribe to promotional emails, you may unsubscribe using the mechanism provided in those communications.

IELTSatoz may still send necessary non-marketing communications relating to:

  • your account;

  • security;

  • transactions;

  • purchases;

  • results;

  • support;

  • or important changes to the Service.

34. Intellectual Property

Except for user-owned content and third-party material, IELTSatoz owns or licenses the intellectual property used by the Service.

This may include:

  • software;

  • website design;

  • branding;

  • logos;

  • databases;

  • dashboards;

  • evaluation frameworks;

  • learning materials;

  • test content;

  • practice questions;

  • explanations;

  • analytics;

  • reports;

  • graphics;

  • audio;

  • video;

  • and written material.

Your use of IELTSatoz gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Service for your own educational preparation.

It does not transfer ownership of IELTSatoz intellectual property to you.

35. Prohibited Copying and Redistribution

Unless IELTSatoz provides written permission, you may not:

  • reproduce substantial portions of our question bank;

  • republish paid mock tests;

  • redistribute paid practice material;

  • sell IELTSatoz content;

  • systematically download protected content;

  • scrape our database;

  • use automated tools to extract test material;

  • copy Master-AI outputs or evaluation systems for development of a competing product;

  • resell account access;

  • or make protected IELTSatoz content publicly available.

Normal personal use for IELTS preparation is permitted.

36. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use IELTSatoz to:

  • violate applicable law;

  • commit fraud;

  • abuse payment systems;

  • access another user's account without permission;

  • interfere with platform security;

  • introduce malware;

  • attack or overload the Service;

  • bypass access restrictions;

  • exploit technical vulnerabilities;

  • reverse-engineer protected components;

  • attempt to obtain confidential security information;

  • misuse automated features;

  • or infringe intellectual-property rights.

37. Examination Integrity

IELTSatoz is intended for genuine preparation.

You may not use the Service to:

  • cheat during an official examination;

  • impersonate another test candidate;

  • obtain prohibited assistance during an examination;

  • distribute confidential examination material;

  • facilitate examination fraud;

  • or violate official test rules.

38. Educational Content

IELTSatoz practice material is intended to simulate or prepare learners for IELTS-related skills and formats.

Practice questions and mock tests are not represented as future official IELTS examination questions.

IELTSatoz does not guarantee that:

  • a particular topic will appear on an official test;

  • practice material will exactly reproduce official difficulty;

  • or questions provided through IELTSatoz are confidential or leaked official questions.

39. Service Availability

IELTSatoz aims to provide reliable access to the Service.

However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary disruption may result from:

  • maintenance;

  • software updates;

  • infrastructure problems;

  • payment-provider outages;

  • security incidents;

  • third-party failures;

  • internet problems;

  • force majeure;

  • or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

IELTSatoz may modify or improve features as the platform develops.

40. Changes to Features

IELTSatoz is an evolving educational platform.

We may add, redesign, improve, replace, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

These may include changes to:

  • Master-AI feedback;

  • dashboards;

  • analytics;

  • practice formats;

  • lessons;

  • study recommendations;

  • question banks;

  • interfaces;

  • product packages;

  • and technical infrastructure.

We will not intentionally remove the essential value of an active paid purchase without reasonable justification, subject to applicable law.

41. Third-Party Services

IELTSatoz may rely on third-party providers for services including:

  • payment processing;

  • hosting;

  • email;

  • security;

  • analytics;

  • cloud infrastructure;

  • audio processing;

  • and other technical functions.

Those third parties may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

42. Free Services and Promotions

  • free mock tests;

  • free practice;

  • promotional credits;

  • discounts;

  • coupons;

  • trials;

  • referral offers;

  • institutional offers;

  • or other promotions.

Promotions may have their own conditions and expiry dates.

Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly obtain an offer intended to be limited to one user is prohibited.

43. Institutional Services

IELTSatoz may provide services to:

  • IELTS coaching centres;

  • schools;

  • colleges;

  • universities;

  • teachers;

  • training providers;

  • employers;

  • or other organisations.

Institutional services may be governed by a separate written agreement.

Where a valid separate agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement may govern the organisation-specific service to the extent of the conflict.

44. Suspension or Termination

IELTSatoz may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including where a user:

  • materially violates these Terms;

  • commits fraud;

  • abuses the payment system;

  • shares or resells paid accounts;

  • attacks platform security;

  • unlawfully redistributes protected content;

  • infringes intellectual property;

  • or engages in examination fraud.

Immediate action may be taken where reasonably necessary to protect:

  • users;

  • payments;

  • data;

  • intellectual property;

  • or platform security.

45. User-Requested Account Deletion

Where supported, you may request deletion of your IELTSatoz account.

Account deletion may permanently remove learner-facing information including:

  • profile information;

  • learning history;

  • test results;

  • progress information;

  • Writing history;

  • Speaking history;

  • and study preferences.

Certain records may remain where required or reasonably necessary for:

  • financial reporting;

  • taxes;

  • payment records;

  • security;

  • fraud prevention;

  • disputes;

  • legal claims;

  • or regulatory compliance.

46. No Guaranteed Educational or Immigration Outcome

We do not guarantee:

  • university or college admission;

  • scholarships;

  • employment;

  • immigration approval;

  • visas;

Users are responsible for confirming required IELTS scores and eligibility criteria directly with the relevant:

  • educational institution;

Official requirements should always be confirmed with the relevant authority.

48. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IELTSatoz is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

While we work to provide useful and reliable educational services, we do not guarantee that:

  • the Service will always operate without interruption;

  • every technical issue can be prevented;

  • every Master-AI evaluation will exactly match human professional judgement;

  • every practice estimate will match an official IELTS score;

  • every practice question will exactly reproduce official examination difficulty;

  • or every user will achieve a particular result.

Nothing in this section excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

49. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IELTSatoz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses resulting solely from reliance on:

  • practice scores;

  • estimated bands;

  • readiness indicators;

  • score predictions;

  • automated recommendations;

  • or educational feedback.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, this section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

50. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Ontario, Canada, together with applicable federal laws of Canada.

However, mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you in your place of residence remain available where they cannot legally be waived.

51. Online Purchases and Consumer Rights

Before completing an applicable online purchase, IELTSatoz aims to provide clear information about:

  • the product;

  • price;

  • access duration;

  • key inclusions;

You should have an opportunity to review your order and correct relevant errors before completing payment.

Purchase records or confirmations may be provided electronically.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available to you under applicable consumer-protection legislation.

52. Resolving Problems

  • purchased credit;

  • a mock test;

please contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the matter.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising a legal right or remedy available under applicable law.

  • changes to the Service;

  • new products;

  • technical changes;

  • security requirements;

  • legal requirements;

  • or policy improvements.

The current version will display a new Last updated date.

Where required by law or reasonably appropriate, IELTSatoz may provide additional notice of significant changes.

Changes generally apply prospectively and do not unlawfully alter completed purchases.

54. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

55. No Waiver

If IELTSatoz does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean that IELTSatoz permanently waives the right to enforce that provision later.

56. Entire Agreement

These Terms should be read together with:

  • the IELTSatoz Privacy Policy;

  • Cookie Policy;

  • applicable checkout information;

  • product-specific conditions;
