Information necessary to provide these features may be processed by trusted third-party technology providers.

AI-generated scores and feedback are provided for practice and educational purposes only and are not official IELTS examination results.

4. Payments and Saved Cards

Payments are securely processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. IELTS A to Z does not directly store your complete credit or debit card number.

If you choose to save a payment method, it is securely managed by the payment provider.

You can remove a saved card or payment method from your account at any time.

Removing a saved card does not remove records of previous transactions that may need to be retained for accounting, refunds, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal requirements.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate IELTS A to Z, including providers of:
